Upon sign-up, you’ll be required to complete a lifestyle questionnaire which provides me with all the information I need to create your awesome training plan. I’ll then send you your program, with videos to show you how to do the exercises. I will ensure you’re 100% happy with what’s required to achieve your goals!

As your nutrition coach, I’ll guide you in eating healthy and supporting you to use food to manage your health and soul. Maybe you have a health condition? Or just want to improve your overall health and would like some guidance. We all have it in us to create a healthier lifestyle, but sometimes obstacles prevent us from achieving our goals. We live such busy lives and there is also a lot of misleading information out there!

 Learn to grocery shop, meal prep, and cook, not just follow some diet plan that may not match your personal preferences. Instead of thinking too much about the amount of food you are eating, we need to focus more on WHAT NUTRIENTS you are providing your body with. As well as prioritizing healthy lifestyle behaviours like exercise, stress management, and quality sleep.

 In the first call, we will discuss your current lifestyle and eating habits, health struggles and personal goals. I will provide you with all of the tips and tools you need to create healthy habits.

We go over: your health concerns and goals, recipes, healthy eating tips, grocery shopping tips, how to read labels, hormone health, gut health, intuitive eating, moving your body, finding balance, and more.

Pantry Makeover

This is a judgement-free, educational coaching session. I want to help you become more mindful of what you’re storing in your pantry and provide you with the confidence to choose healthier ingredients that increase energy and focus..

We often turn to take out when we have an empty fridge, which results in overspending and lack of nutrients. A well-stocked pantry will provide you with ingredients to make more nourishing meals and wholesome snacks – even on your busiest days!

This makeover doesn’t have to happen all at once, but it’s a great opportunity to start slowly replacing some of your old spices, pasta, and cooking oils with healthier versions.

We will do a one-on-one consultation based on your lifestyle and goals, and then determine what to stock in your pantry, as well as discuss any possible food sensitivities or allergens you may have. Its always beneficial to know what staple ingredients to have in order to cook up nourishing meals for yourself and your family.

If you invest in your pantry to fit your goals, it makes reaching them a whole lot easier and you will be able to create simple, healthy meals instead of turning to a quick fix that doesn’t benefit you.

I will also provide a ‘go-to’ shopping list that has all the basics for when you need.

Cooking Lessons

Do you need a little guidance and inspiration in the kitchen? Are you trying to eat more plant-based meals but don’t know where to start? Or do you want to learn how to make easy, filling, healthy meals for you and your family/friends/neighbour/postman?

I know you may be stressed, busy, bored and out of new ideas for your meals…

So that’s why I want to help get you inspired again and get you back in your kitchen, cooking delicious food. Getting healthy will be, and can be an enjoyable experience. It’s actually quite simple.

Food is fuel, as well as a powerful medicine. It can be used to support conditions such as Heart Disease, Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetes, Hormonal Imbalances, Osteoporosis, Overweight and Weight Loss, Stress and Fatigue, Digestive Issues, and more. A big part of these conditions is influenced by what we eat.

I provide a private, interactive and fun cooking class through zoom that teaches skills and tools to give you the confidence to cook easy, nourishing meals. Think of it as two friends chatting and cooking with a cuppa of whatever you like!

Recipes and items needed will be discussed during our initial consultation. And then your grocery List + Recipes will be sent out one week before our cooking lesson. And then we’re all set to go!



How does the Personal Training work?

As its all online, this means we can work together no matter where you are. You’ll be required to fill out a questionaire so that we can taylor a plan thats fitted to your needs. And you will get my 1-1 support to help motivate and get you to those goals. You can choose a monthly program or 3 month program.

What about allergies and strict diets?

All ingredients are listed, so if you have an allergies, you can leave that ingredient out and I’m more than happy to help suggest a substitute.

What results can I expect?

This all depends how much work you put in. We cant expect things and change to just happen if we don’t make the effort. By the end of the guide, you should be feeling better from the inside out – increased motivation and energy, feeling healthier and lighter, making better food choices, understanding nutrition, wanting to sustain a healthier lifestyle, better sleep and so much more.

Are meals plans Family-friendly?

Yes, all meals are made from wholefoods that will benefit your whole family. I have a two year old who loves the meals. You can substitute ingredients in the recipes to satisfy their tastes, and also adjust measurements to make enough for the whole family.

How does a Pantry Makeover work?

We work together and go over all the ingredients in your pantry. And then I provide you with tips and tricks to help you optimize your ability for success when you are beginning to change to your eating habits and lifestyle and create and maintain a healthy pantry. Its always beneficial to know what staple ingredients to have in order to cook up healthy meals for yourself and your family. I will also provide a ‘go-to’ shopping list that has all the basics for when you need.

Can I repeat the 4 week plan?

Of course! If you enjoyed it and want to start over, then do it again. Every week is a different meal plan and workout so it wont feel repetitive. And if you feel stronger, you could always add extra weights/reps/sets to your workout the second time round.
